1.2 Eligibility to Use the Website: Customers must be legally capable of entering into a valid contract under Indian law. Customers below 18 years should use the website only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The customer is responsible for providing correct name, contact details, address, and payment information. LOOKDYNO may refuse service if fraud, misuse, fake information, chargeback abuse, or policy violation is suspected.

1.3 Products and Product Information: LOOKDYNO sells clothing and fashion apparel products. Product details such as size, fit, color, fabric, pattern, and design are provided for customer guidance. Actual product color may slightly vary due to mobile screen settings, lighting, photography, editing, fabric texture, and display calibration. Minor differences in measurements may occur due to garment construction, fabric behavior, shrinkage tolerance, and manual measurement methods. Accessories, props, or styling elements shown in product images are not included unless clearly mentioned.

1.4 Pricing and Taxes: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of GST depending on website configuration. The final payable amount will be
shown at checkout. LOOKDYNO reserves the right to change prices, offers, discounts, coupon codes, and product availability without prior notice. In case of a technical pricing error, LOOKDYNO may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, if any.

1.5 Order Acceptance: An order is confirmed only after successful payment and internal order verification. LOOKDYNO may cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, incomplete address, logistics restriction, or operational reasons. Bulk orders or reseller-style purchases may be manually reviewed before dispatch. If an order is cancelled after successful payment, refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

1.6 Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate shipping address, phone number, email ID, pincode, and landmark if needed. Check size charts and product details before placing an order. Receive delivery within the delivery partner timeline and respond to courier calls/messages when required. Do not place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment instruments, misuse coupon codes, or make false claims.

1.7 Website Usage Restrictions: Customers must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, copy, or misuse the website. Customers must not upload malicious code, spam, fake reviews, abusive content, or illegal material. LOOKDYNO may block access, cancel orders, or take legal action if misuse is detected.

1.8 Intellectual Property: All brand names, logos, product photographs, videos, product descriptions, website layout, graphics, designs, packaging concepts, and content belong to LOOKDYNO or its authorized partners. No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Unauthorized use of LOOKDYNO branding or product images may lead to legal action.

1.9 Limitation of Liability: LOOKDYNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. LOOKDYNO is not responsible for courier delays, payment gateway downtime, internet issues, customer device
issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. The maximum liability of LOOKDYNO for any order-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order

1.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. Customers should first contact LOOKDYNO support for resolution before initiating formal legal action.

1.11 Changes to Terms: LOOKDYNO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the website after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
