Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
This policy explains eligibility and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. The exact return window should be displayed on the product page and policy page. Recommended window for apparel websites: 3 to 7 days from delivery.
Return/Exchange Eligibility: Return or exchange request must be raised within the return window mentioned on the website, Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags, labels, invoice, and
packaging, Products with perfume smell, sweat marks, stains, makeup marks, damage, missing tags, washed condition, or signs of use will not be accepted, Size exchange is subject to stock availability, Return pickup availability depends on customer pincode and logistics partner serviceability.
Non-Returnable Products: Customized, altered, made-to-order, personalized, clearance sale, final sale, or heavily discounted products may not be eligible for return, Innerwear, socks, hygiene-sensitive products, or products marked non-returnable are not eligible unless defective or wrong product is delivered, Gift cards, coupons, and shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Wrong, Missing, or Defective Product: If the customer receives a wrong product, missing item, or manufacturing defect, they should contact support within the
allowed time window, Clear product photos, order ID, invoice, packaging photo, and unboxing video may be required for verification, After verification, LOOKDYNO may offer replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on issue and stock
availability.
Return Process: Customer raises return/exchange request through website support channel or email, LOOKDYNO verifies order details, product eligibility, and reason for return, If approved, pickup is arranged or customer is asked to ship the product to the provided address, Returned product goes through quality check after receipt. Refund, replacement, or exchange is processed only after successful quality inspection.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection, Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 to 10 business days after quality check approval, Bank/payment gateway processing time may take additional days depending on the payment method and banking
partner, Refunds will usually be credited to the original payment method unless store credit or another method is mutually
agreed, Store credits will get reflected to your account within 7 days after quality check approval.
Refund Rejection: Refund may be rejected if product fails quality check, is used, washed, damaged, missing tags, missing invoice, or returned after the eligible window. LOOKDYNO may return the rejected product back to the customer, subject to shipping charges where applicable.
Exchange Policy: Exchange is subject to size/product availability, If requested exchange item is unavailable, customer may receive store credit or refund as per policy, Only one exchange may be allowed per order unless LOOKDYNO approves otherwise. and exchanged products will receive to you based on our shipping policy.
