Shipping policy
This policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered by LOOKDYNO.
Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after successful payment confirmation, Processing time may increase during sale periods, new launches, stock audits, festivals, public holidays, or operational
delays, Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Coverage: LOOKDYNO ships to serviceable pincodes within India through courier/logistics partners, Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded, International shipping, if offered, will be subject to separate shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and
delivery timelines.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines depend on the customer location and courier partner availability, Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer, Delivery delays may happen due to courier issues, incorrect address, customer unavailability, weather, strikes, natural events, festivals, or government restrictions, but it may take 7 - 10 working days approx. The replacement /exchange product will be delivered within 10 days
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment, Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or above a specific order value, Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by LOOKDYNO.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website order page after dispatch, depending on available integration, Customers should track orders regularly and respond to courier calls/messages.
Failed Delivery and RTO: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts, the shipment may return to origin., For prepaid orders returned to origin, refund or reshipment may be processed after deducting applicable shipping/RTO
charges where legally permitted and clearly communicated, For COD orders, repeated refusal or fake orders may lead to blocking of future COD service.
Damaged or Tampered Package: Customers should not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages if the product appears compromised, If a damaged package is delivered, customers should record an unboxing video and contact support immediately, Claims without basic proof may be rejected if damage cannot be verified.
